摘要
随着项目管理协会(PMI)项目管理理论的普遍应用,我国项目管理与国际接轨,但在项目管理实践中还存在着一些问题,文章从项目章程、组织结构、工作分解结构(WBS)、风险管理、变更管理、干系人管理,6大方面总结了发现的问题以及在实践中容易忽略的问题点。
With the general application of PMI project management theory, our project management is in line with international practice. However, there are still some problems in project management practice. The article is composed of project charter, organizational structure, WBS, risk management, change management, the large aspect summarizes the problems found and the problems that are easily overlooked in practice.
