液体火箭发动机用N2O4、甲基肼的清洗剂的研制 被引量:2

摘要 采用碳酸铵、N2O4、FPS(一种含氟表面活性剂)等原料及水基清洗剂方案,成功研制了分别针对N2O4和甲基肼推进剂的清洗剂。结果表明:当质量分数不超过5%的碳酸铵溶液与FPS[φ(FPS)≥0.02%]组配时对N2O4的清洗效果良好,而N2O4、乙酸、硫酸铜、FPS和六次甲基四胺组配时对甲基肼的清除效果良好;解决了目前我国采用N2O4和甲基肼组合的双组元液体火箭发动机热试车后整机不拆卸清洗综合处理这一技术难题。 By using the raw materials including ammonium carbonate, H202, FPS (a fluorine-containing surfactant) etc. and the water-based cleaning agent project, the cleaning agents for N204 and methyl hydrazine propellants separately were successfully developed. The results show that the cleaning effect for N204 is good when combining the ammonium carbonate solution of the mass fraction not more than 5% and FPSFPS[φ(FPS)≥0.02%], the cleaning effect for methyl hydrazine is good when combining H202, acetic acid, copper sulfate, FPS and hexamethylenetetramine. The current domestic technical problem about the non-disassembling cleaning comprehensive treatment of the whole machine after hot test of the bi-component liquid rocket engine using the combination of N204 and methyl hydrazine was solved.
