摘要 采用溶液共混法制备了石墨烯/PVC复合材料,考察了石墨烯用量对石墨烯/PVC复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:(1)石墨烯在PVC中的用量不宜超过2.0份,否则会出现团聚;(2)石墨烯用量为2.0份时,石墨烯/PVC复合材料具有较好的拉伸性能;(3)增加石墨烯的用量可显著提高石墨烯/PVC复合材料的抗静电性能,适宜用量为2.0~2.5份;(3)随着石墨烯用量的增加,石墨烯/PVC复合材料的维卡软化温度逐渐升高。 Graphene/PVC composites were prepared by solution blending method. The effects of graphene content on the properties of graphene/PVC composites were investigated. The results showed that the graphene content in PVC should not be more than 2 parts, otherwise the graphene would be agglomerated. When the graphene content was 2 parts, the graphene/PVC composites had better tensile properties. The antistatic properties of graphene/PVC composites im- proved with the increase in graphene content, and the suitable content was 2.0 -2.5 parts. With the increase in graphene content, the Vicat softening temperature of graphene/PVC composites gradually increased.
