摘要
研究了PVC树脂型号、增塑剂种类与用量、超细活性碳酸钙用量对PVC密封条抗析出性能的影响。试验得出的配方为:PVC S-1300,100份;钙锌稳定剂,4.5份;聚酯增塑剂B,80~85份;超细活性碳酸钙,5份;润滑剂,适量。实际加工试验结果表明:采用该配方所生产的密封条表面光滑,具有较好的拉力和弹性,各方面性能均满足用户要求。
The effects of PVC resin type, type and amount of plasticizer, and ultrafine activated calcium carbonate amount, on the migration resistance of PVC sealing trips were studied. The obtained formula was PVC S -1300 100, Ca/Zn stabilizer 4.5, polyester plasticizer B 80 -85, ultrafine activated calcium carbonate 5 parts and proper lubricants. The actual processing test results showed that the sealing strips produced by the formula had smooth surface, good tensile force and elasticity, and all aspects of properties met user＇s requirements.
