摘要
分析了氯乙烯低沸塔运行周期缩短的影响因素,表明PVC糊树脂装置未反应的回收气体是造成低沸塔自聚的主要原因,通过生产控制和技术改造降低了不利因素影响,延长了低沸塔清理周期。
The influencing factors of shortening operation period of low boiling tower for vinyl chloride were analyzed. The results showed that the main reason for self-polymerization inside the low boiling tower was the unreacted gas recovered from PVC paste resin device. The influences of adverse factors were reduced by strengthening production control and carrying out technical reform. Thus, the cleaning period of low boiling tower was prolonged.
