摘要
目的统计分析2016年6月至2017年6月卧龙区学龄儿童、孕妇的尿碘和盐碘监测结果。方法以乡(镇、街道办事处)为单位,采集8~10岁儿童和孕妇家庭食用盐、日间中段尿,对碘含量进行检测。结果检测得出,本区儿童及孕妇尿碘中位数分别为186.4μg/L、233.3μg/L,符合儿童、孕妇碘营养状况的流行病学标准所规定的尿碘水平值。部分乡镇孕妇尿碘水平超出标准。共监测儿童食用盐188份,盐碘均值为25.9 mg/kg,碘盐合格率为96.8%。共监测孕妇食用盐100份,盐碘均值为27.3 mg/kg,碘盐合格率为100.0%。结论随着加碘食盐持续有效的推广和人民生活水平的逐步提高,对碘摄入的不完全认识造成了部分人群碘过剩,因此对碘摄入量的控制及高碘导致的健康危害也要引起足够的关注。
Objective To analysis de resuh of salt iodine content and urinary iodine content of 8-10 years old children and pregnant women in Nanyang City, Wolong Distinct Countryside. Methods Collected the edible salt and Daytime midstream urine of children (aged from 8 to 10 years old) and pregnant women, and then detect the iodine content. Results From the results it can be conclude that: the urinary iodine contents of the children and pregnant women from Wolong district are 156.4 μg/L,233.3 μg/L respectively, which is coincident with the iodine content that stipulated by epidemiological standard of Iodine nutrition for children and pregnant women. But the urine iodine level of pregnant women from some towns is higher than the standard level. Among 188 edible salt samples for child that were detected, the mean salt iodine concentration is 25.9 mg/kg and salt iodine percent of pass is 96.8 %. Among 100 edible salt samples for pregnant women that were detected, the mean salt iodine concentration is 27.3 mg/kg mg/kg and salt iodine percent of pass is 100.0 %.Conclusion With the continuous popularization of iodized salt, and the gradual improvement of peoples living standards,incomplete understanding of iodine intake leads to Some people have a surplus of iodine, thus, the controlling of iodine intake and Health hazards caused by high iodine should draw enough attention.
