摘要 身体素养是近年来在国际体育界流行幵具有重大影响的理念。它以具身认知观为指导,着眼于身体活动与积极生活的关系,立足于人的整体发展,在情感、认知和身体等相互关联的多种维度上,激发动机,培养能力,以促成终身参与身体活动的行为习惯。这一理念不仅旨在解决因身体活动缺失带来的日趋严重的全球健康问题,而且有力地推动体育融入生活,全面提高生活质量。身体素养对既有的终身体育、学校体育、大众体育和高水平竞技运动等各领域的均有全面而深刻的影响,推动了这些领域的改革,幵为体育的统合发展提供了改革的基础。 Being an influential concept, physical literacyhas been a widely used around the world in the areasof physical education, recreational sports and high-performancesports both academically and practically in recent years. Guided by the theory of embodied cognition, focusing on the relationship between physical activity and active life, and based on the overall development of human beings, physical literacy cultivates the abilities inemotional, cognitive and physical dimensions of human beings in an interactive wayin order to motivate and to promote one's lifelong participation in physical activities. This concept is not only aimed at solving the increasingly serious global health problems caused by physical inactivity, but also effectively promoting sports into life and improving the lifestyle in an all-round way. Physical literacy has a comprehensive and profound impact on the existing sport areas such as lifetime sport participation, school sports, mass sports and high-performance sports and has promoted the reforms in these fields. It also provides the basic foundation for the integration of sport reforms and developments in these areas.
