摘要
目的探讨微信群在美容科门诊患者预约治疗中的应用效果。方法建立整形激光美容科微信群,利用微信群发布患者预约治疗工作安排,特殊情况患者交接,实施现代化信息管理。结果使用微信群后,医生对护士管理工作方法满意度提高(P=0.008),医生工作效率提高(P=0.034),患者对医护人员满意度提高(P=0.000)。结论微信群能提高工作效率以及医生和患者满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat group in treatment reservation of cosmetology outpatients. Method A WeChat group was formed and used for arranging treatment reservation and transferring patients in special situations in Cosmetic Laser Surgery Department. Results After introducing WeChat group, the satisfaction degree of doctors on nurses and the efficiency of doctors increased (P=0.008, 0.034), the satisfaction degree of patients on medical staff improved as well (P=0.000). Conclusion WeChat group can improve the efficiency and satisfaction degree, so it should be encouraged.
