摘要 食品安全风险交流是食品安全治理的重要手段,而我国的食品安全风险交流工作尚处于起步阶段。本文以"海底捞"食品安全事件为切入点,梳理了食品安全风险交流的主要论点、原则、方法和技巧,通过对我国食品安全风险交流工作现状的分析,为提升食品安全风险交流效率提出了相应的意见和建议。 Food safety risk communication is an important method for food safety management.However, the communication of food safety risk in China has just started.In this paper, the main points, principles, methods and techniques of food safety risk communication were covered, starting from the incident of " Hai Di Lao" food safety. Through the analysis of the current situation of food safety risk communication in China, this paper raised relevant comments and suggestions to the efficiency of information exchange of food safety risk.
