摘要 本文分析近双四效盐硝联产工艺,提出新专利技术工艺和技术改造方案。该专利技术工艺制盐、硝均采用五效等面积蒸发,有利于大型规模盐硝联产装置设备国产化,取消闪蒸罐,有利于简化工艺流程,改善设备结垢状况,可延长有效生产周期。 In this paper, the co-production technology of quadruple effect saltpeter is analyzed, and a new patent technology and technological transformation scheme are proposed. The patent technology, which produces the salt and nitrate adopting the technique of five effect evaporation area, is advantageous to the large scale devices localization of co-production of salt as well as cancelling the flash tank. It will bring benefit to simplify the process, improve the equipment scale, and can prolong the effective production cycle.
