Retrospects of the female postgraduate students in the past thirty years

回顾分析1986-2016年三十年间我国有关女硕士的文献资料发现,大多数研究集中在女硕士的婚恋观、就业状况、心理压力、人际交往等方面,与当前社会发展的热点问题密切相关,数据分析严谨,研究方法趋向多元化,总体取得了拓展性的进步,但缺乏不同学科研究领域的思想交汇,缺乏更开阔、更理性的视野。本文意图通过梳理有关女硕士研究的现状,结合国外的研究热点领域,为今后的研究提供国际化和开放化的视野,基于多维视域来审视女硕士群体的特质。

A retrospect is done of the female master＇s studies during 1985-2015.It is found that the research focus is on the marriage,employment,mental pressure and interpersonal communication of the subjects,which is closely related to the hot issues and social development.The data analysis is rigorous,research methods diversified,and progress has been made.But more ideas of different disciplines and rational views are demanded.This paper is,therefore,aimed at carding of the researches both at home and abroad,and providing international and open visions in researches.
