日本职业教育制度的发展演变及其基本特征

On the development of Japanese vocational education

职业教育制度既是确保职业教育持续发展的基本保障,也是制约职业教育发展的重要因素。日本职业教育制度的发展历经了开端建制期、改革发展期和丰富完善期,体现着致力于打通职业学校教育制度体系内流通渠道、发挥私立学校在职业教育制度下的独特作用、重视企业内职业教育制度体制构建等特点。当前我国职业教育发展正处于"中国特色、世界水平"职业教育体系建设的关键阶段,需要建立多层次学历的职业学校教育制度、改革民办职业教育制度、创设企业内职业教育制度及其配套制度。

While an institution is the fundamental of sustainable development of vocational education,it may also hold it back.Japanese vocational education that has experienced different stages of development speaks for the progress in promotion of the system.Namely,private schools perform their proper functions,while enterprises cooperate with their inner systematic construction of vocational education.This is what Chinese vocational education may take for a reference in the ongoing vocational education reforms.
