摘要
本文以某四跨连续钢箱梁桥为例,论述了钢箱梁顶板凹陷产生的原因及其防治对策。通过现场实际数据测量及有限元模型计算分析,在充分了解钢箱梁顶板受力状况的基础上,分析了病害出现的原因,并通过不同处治方案的对比,确定了采用环氧沥青修补下凹处并重新铺装环氧沥青面层的方案。研究成果为目前钢桥面顶板凹陷病害成因分析提供了思路,同时为该类病害的处治对策提供了方向。
This paper takes a 4-span continuous steel box girder bridge as an example, and discusses the causes and of steel box girder roof sag generated. Through actual data measurement and calculation of finite element model analysis, based on the stress state of the steel box girder roof this paper analyzes the causes of the problems, and through the comparison of different treatment schemes, determine the scheme of using epoxy asphalt to repairing recess and repaying Epoxy Asphalt layer. The research results provide a train of thought for the analysis of the causes of the roof depression at the steel deck, and provide the direction for the treatment of the disease.
