Empirical Research on Positive Influence of Financial Policy on Regional Economic Growth

金融发展与经济增长之间的关系十分紧密。通常金融发展程度越高,经济增长动力越大。反之,经济发展势头迅猛的区域也更容易聚集到经济资源。文章通过对湖南省经济和金融发展情况概述,经过Eviews软件进行实证分析,从银行、证券、保险等传统金融工具和金融科技创新、绿色金融建设等方面,实证金融对湖南省区域经济发展的关系和影响情况,并结合湖南省区域经济发展规划,针对金融支持中存在的问题,提出了初步意见和建议。

The close relationship exists between financial development and economic growth. Generally speaking, the higher the degree of financial development in a region is, the greater the driving force of its economic growth is. Conversely, regions with rapid economic development are more likely to accumulate economic resources. After empirical analysis by Eviews software, this paper gives an overview of the Hunan Province economic and financial development, and proves the relationship between finance policies and regional economic development of Hunan province and its influence from aspects of banking, securities, insurance and other traditional financial instruments and financial scientific innovation, green finance construction. Combining the development planning of regional economy in Hunan Province, this paper also provides preliminary suggestions according to the problems of financial support.
