校地协同培育应用型人才的举措探析

On Measures of Training Applied Talents by University-Government-Enterprises Cooperation

结合许昌学院以"双百工程"促校地合作,在应用型人才培养方面所取得的经验,论述了地方本科院校转型背景下,实践教学存在的问题,提出了,深度参与人才培养,提升专业教师实践能力,共建实践教学平台等促进校地合作培育应用型人才的有效措施。

Combining the experience in promoting the cooperation between university and local enterprises of Xuchang University in ＂double hundred projects＂ and in training applied talents, this paper problems in practical teaching under the background of transformation of local universities, and proposes effective measures of deeply participating in talent cultivation, improving professional teachers＇ practical abilities, and collaboratively constructing practice teaching platform, etc.
