Research on the Reform of English Linguistics in the New Media Era

英语语言学是英语专业学生的必修课,由于该课程专业性强、理论抽象,导致当前该课程教学效果不理想。如何充分运用新媒体技术,改革传统英语语言学课程,是不可忽视的课题。本文分析了当前英语语言学课程存在的问题,并提出了在新媒体时代之下具体可行的改革策略。以期改变这一现状。

English linguistics is a compulsory course for English majors. Due to its strong professional and theoretical abstractions, the course＇ s teaching effect is not perfect. How to make full use of new media technology and reform the traditional English language course is a subject that cannot be ignored. This paper analyzes the existing problems of English language courses and puts forward some feasible reform strategies under the new media era, in order to change the situation.
