摘要
事业单位面向社会公开招聘工作人员是事业单位人事制度改革的重要措施,高等院校作为事业单位的重要组成部分每年都从社会引进大量的人才。本文以项目管理的基本原则为基础,项目管理工具进行分析,从高校的公开招聘的现实状况出发,提出高校公开招聘中存在的问题,并对构建合理的高校公开招聘体系提出建议。
The public recruitment of staff is the important measures of personnel system reform in public institutions. Universities and colleges, as an important part of public institutions, bring in large numbers of talents from society every year. Based on the basic principles of project management, this paper applies the project management tools to analyze the situation of public recruitment in universities and colleges, putting forward the problems existing in the open recruitment of universities and colleges, and puts forward some suggestions on how to construct a reasonable system of open recruitment in universities and colleges.
