我国历史上,高校辅导员的角色定位和职业能力主要与思想政治教育挂钩。在深化高等教育改革的背景下,建立高水平辅导员队伍是保障高校稳定发展的重要因素,对辅导员职业能力也有新的要求。为此,辅导员个人和学校体制都需要探索更加具有针对性的可持续的发展路径,多方面合力提升辅导员职业能力。
