康复护理对类风湿性关节炎患者生存质量的干预研究

Intervention study of rehabilitation nursing on the quality of survival in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

类风湿性关节炎(RA)是以慢性进行性对称性关节炎为主的一种全身性自身免疫性疾病,目前尚缺乏根本治疗的方法。疾病自身、生理功能受限可导致RA病人中存在着多种精神症状,最常见的精神症状是忧郁、疑病和歇斯底里[1]。使其摆脱疾病的痛苦、恢复自信、提高生活质量是当前RA护理的一个重要问题。本文拟观察康复护理在RA治疗中的作用。

Rheumatoid Arthritis （RA） is a long-term autoimmune disorder that is noted for symmetrical destruction of peripheral joints without radical treatments now. The patients＇ overall functioning are destructed by RA leading their mental diseases, especially melancholia, hypochondriasis, hysteria and the like. The goals of the nursing are to reduce pain, restore confidence, and improve life quality. This paper intends to observe the significance of rehabilitation nursing of RA.
