摘要 应用Maxwell软件对冷坩埚悬浮熔炼的感应线圈进行了三维电磁场分布和金属涡流损耗的仿真模拟。结果表明,感应线圈周围磁力线的方向在线圈内侧与外侧相反,而且距离感应线圈越近,磁力线的分布越稠密;在线圈中心的径向和纵向分布上,圆形线圈磁场轴向分量数值大于椭圆形线圈和正方形线圈;在相同熔炼体积下,圆形线圈中的能量利用率最大。 For the cold crucible energy utilization rate,three-dimensional electromagnetic field distribution and eddy current loss of metal of the induction coil of cold crucible levitation melting were simulated numerically by Maxwell software.The results show that the direction of the magnetic field line around the induction coil is opposite to the inner side of the coil.The closer the induction coil is,the more dense the distribution of the magnetic field lines is.On the radial and longitudinal distributions of the center of the coil,the axial component of the magnetic field of the circular coil is the larger than that of oval coils and square coils.At the same smelting volume,the energy efficiency of the round coil is the highest.
