基于单片机控制的铸造浇注温度控制系统的优化 被引量:3

Optimization of Casting Temperature Control System Controlled by Single Chip Microcomputer

摘要 为提高铸造浇注温度控制系统的控制精度,研究了单片机控制下的浇注温度控制系统,设计了浇注温度控制系统的整体方案。以C8051F340单片机作为控制器,采用WRP-130热电偶作为温度传感器设计了硬件电路。通过神经网络改进的PID算法作为控制元,以现场采集的浇注温度与标定温度作为输入量,计算出输出控制量,单片机根据该控制量对执行机构进行调控,从而实现对浇注温度的控制,达到对铸件热变形优化的目的。仿真试验发现,采用单片机浇注温度控制系统能对温度进行精确控制,可实现对铸件热变形优化的效果,提高了铸件的合格率。 In order to improve the control accuracy and speed of the casting pouring temperature control system,optimization of the casting pouring temperature control system under the control of single chip microcomputer was put forward.Based on the typical casting process requirements,the scheme of the temperature control system was designed.The hardware circuit was designed with C8051 F340 single chip microcomputer as controller and thermocouple WRP-130 as temperature sensor.PID algorithm based on the optimized neural network as control strategy,pouring temperature collected at the working-field and calibration of temperature as the input,the output volume control was calculated.MCU was used to control the actuator according to the control quantity to control the pouring temperature of the casting process,so thermal deformation of the casting was improved.Finally,the simulation experiment shows that the casting temperature MCU control system can control accurately the temperature,so thermal deformation of casting products was improved,and the yield rate is increased.
