摘要
以薄壁壳体铸件为研究对象,根据壳体结构外形特征及性能要求,设计了石膏型熔模铸造工艺,并用View Cast模拟软件对铸造工艺进行数值模拟分析。结果表明,铸件上角厚大部位未得到充分的补缩,出现了缩孔、缩松缺陷。针对铸件缺陷产生的部位和大小进行了浇注系统优化,浇注位置从铸件一侧移到铸件中心位置,内浇口采用多点式分布。结果表明,采用优化方案后铸件的缩孔、缩松缺陷得到明显的控制和消除,生产出来的铸件性能优异。
Gypsum mould investment casting process of thin-walled shell was designed according to the structural characteristics and the requirements of properties.Then numerical simulation analysis of the casting process was carried out by View Cast software.Simulation results show that shrinkage and porosity defects can easily be formed in the top right part of the casting owing to inadequate feeding.And the gating system was optimized accordingly.The results show that shrinkage and porosity defects in the castings are obviously controlled and almost eliminated by setting pouring position from one side to the center of the shell and multi-point distribution of ingate.And the shell was produced with good quality and excellent performance.
