摘要
介绍了双辊摆辗的工作原理,并且为了得到双辊摆辗轧制参数有效的计算方法和研究结果,运用力学知识、几何学知识、轧制理论以及金属塑性成形原理,从理论的角度对双辊摆辗成形的力能参数进行系统性的分析和研究,求得有效轧制面积、轧制应力、轧制扭矩等的计算方法及求解公式。利用该计算方法及相应的求解公式求得了实际生产中一个环形坯料的轧制参数,通过试验对该计算方法进行验证,理论结果与试验结果相符,最大偏差不超过13.6%,表明提出的关于双辊摆辗的计算方法是合理的,并且为双辊摆辗轧制参数选取提供了理论参考。
The working principle of win-roll swing rolling was introduced,and the effective calculation method and research results of winroll swing rolling parameters were obtained by knowledge of mechanics and geometrics,rolling theory and metal plasticity forming theory.Then,the force and energy parameters of win-roll swing rolling were systematically analyzed researched in theory,and the calculation method and its corresponding solving formula of effective rolling area,rolling stress and rolling torque were obtained. Furthermore,the rolling parameter of one ring workpiece in actual production was solved by the above method and solving formula,and the above calculation method was verified by experiments. The results show that the actual result is consistent with the theoretical result,and the maximum deviation is not more than 13. 6%. Thus,the calculation of win-roll swing rolling is reasonable,and it provides a theoretical reference for the parameters selection of win-roll swing rolling.
