摘要
简要介绍了铜、铝合金、不锈钢异种金属的激光焊接现状。对纳秒光纤激光器的原理及焊接优势做了分析,介绍了纳秒光纤激光器在铜、铝合金、不锈钢等异种金属焊接中的应用,并对纳秒光纤激光器的焊接应用做了展望。
The present situation of laser welding of dissimilar metals of copper, aluminum alloy and stainless steel was descibled in brief. The principle of nanosecond fiber laser and the advantage in welding were analyzed. The application of nanosecond fiber laser welding in dissimilar metals of copper, aluminum alloy and stainless steel was introduced, and the application outlook for nanosecond laser in welding was discussed.
