管线钢高效焊接技术的研究现状及前景分析 被引量:8

摘要 对大口径、高压力长输管线焊接新技术的研究现状进行了分析,包括闪光对焊、激光焊、激光-电弧焊、电子束焊、径向摩擦焊、搅拌摩擦焊、爆炸焊、瞬时液相扩散焊、活性气体保护锻焊等,论述了各焊接工艺在管线钢上的应用优势及需要解决的问题。通过国外研究成果对比,指出我国管线钢焊接新技术研究存在的差距。在推动管线钢焊接工艺研究的同时,应重点投入焊接设备的研发工作,争取早日将设备制造国产化,推动管线钢焊接行业的发展。 The research status of new welding methods for large diameter high pressure long-distance transport pipeline was studied, which included flash butt welding, laser welding, laser-arc welding, radial friction welding, fricition stir welding,electron beam welding, explosive welding, transient liquid phase diffusion welding, active gas protection forge welding, et al.The advantages of different welding technology and the problems that needed to be solved were discussed. By comparing with the research results abroad, the gap of new welding technology for pipeline steel between our country and abroad was pointed out. While we promote the welding process research of pipeline steel, we should focus on R D of welding equipment, and strive for localization of equipment manufacturing as soon as possible so as to promote the development of pipeline steel welding industry.
