摘要
采用不同的充型时间进行了ZG25Mn Cr Ni Mo V钢汽车车钩铸造成型,并进行了冲击性能和耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明:在试验条件下,随充型时间从8 s升高至18 s,汽车车钩的冲击性能和耐磨损性能均先提高后下降。最佳的充型时间为14 s。
The casting molding of ZG25 Mn Cr Ni Mo V steel car couplers was carried out by using different mould-filling time. And the impact property and wear resistant property were tested and analyzed. The results show that under test conditions, with mould-filling time increasing from 8 s to 18 s, the impact property and wear resistant property of the automobile couplers firstly increase and then decrease. The optimized mould-filling time is 14 s.
