摘要 采用等温锻造工艺研究了套筒件的成形,并研究了2A50铝合金锻件的模锻成形过程以及锻模结构对锻件应力和应变的影响,对比了3种结构的飞边槽对锻件充填率的影响。研究发现,采用III型飞边槽结构的闭式锻模所成形的锻件飞边量最少,初始坯料质量最小。 The forming of sleeve parts was studied by using isothermal forging technology. Die forging process of 2 A50 aluminium alloy forgings and influence of forging die structure on stress and strain of forgings were also studied. The influence of the three structures of the flash cavity on the filling rate of the forgings was compared. It is found that the flash of forgings formed by closed die forging with III-type flash cavity structure is the least, and the initial billet quality is the smallest.
