挤压比对快速凝固/粉末冶金Al-Si-Cu合金组织和性能的影响

Effect of Extrusion Ratio on Microstructure and Property of Rapid Solidification and Powder Metallurgy Al-Si-Cu Alloy

摘要 利用SEM、XRD和力学性能测试研究了挤压比对快速凝固/粉末冶金Al-Si-Cu合金的组织、相结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着挤压比增加,合金组织中硅颗粒和晶粒尺寸减小,致密化效果更好;同时密度、硬度和抗拉强度随着挤压比的增加而增加。当挤压比为10.22时,合金的硬度和抗拉强度最高,为71HV和398 MPa,其相结构为α-Al、β-Si、Cu Al2和Cu4Si。 The effects of extrusion ratio on microstructure, phase structure and mechanical properties of the rapid solidification and powder metallurgy Al-Si-Cu alloy were investigated by the SEM, XRD and mechanical property test. The results show that with the increase of the extrusion ratio, the particle size of silicon and grain size in the alloy decrease, and the densifying effect becomes better; meanwhile density, hardness and tensile strength also increase with the increases of the extrusion ratio. When the extrusion ratio is 10.22, the alloy has the highest hardness and tensile strength, which is 71 HV and398 MPa. The phase structure is α-Al、β-Si、Cu Al2 and Cu4 Si.
