屈服强度对前罩外板拉延成形及回弹影响的数值模拟

摘要 基于Auto Form软件模拟了前罩外板的拉延成形过程,研究了屈服强度对前罩外板成形过程及减薄率分布、塑性变形量及主、次应变的影响,系统地分析了其对前罩外板回弹性能的影响。结果表明,随着屈服强度的增加,前罩外板的拉延成形性逐渐降低,最大减薄率、塑性变形量及主、次应变分布逐渐增大;回弹不仅与屈服强度变化导致的不同变形量有关,还与其应变状态有关。 The drawing forming process of the front cover outer plate was simulated based on Auto Form software. The effects of yield strength on forming process, thinning ratio, plastic strain, major strain and minor strain were investigated, the effect of them on the resilience of front cover outer plate was systematically analyzed. The results indicate that with the increase of yield strength, the formability of the outer panel of the front cover decreases gradually, and the maximum reduction ratio, plastic deformation and the distribution of principal and secondary strains increase gradually; springback is related not only to the amount of deformation resulting from the change of yield strength, but also to its strain state.
