锻压温度对钢制机械扣件性能的影响

摘要 采用不同温度进行了钢制机械扣件的锻压试验,并进行了力学性能和腐蚀性能测试。结果表明:锻压温度对扣件力学性能和耐腐蚀性能有明显影响。在试验条件下,随始锻温度从1170℃增大到1290℃、终锻温度从680℃增大到760℃,扣件力学性能和耐腐蚀性能均先提高后下降。扣件的始锻温度和终锻温度分别优选为1260、720℃。 Forging tests of steel mechanical fasteners were carried out at different temperatures. The mechanical properties and corrosion properties were tested. The results show that the forging temperature has obvious influence on the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the fasteners. Under test conditions, with initial forging temperature increasing from 1170℃ to 1290℃ and final forging temperature increasing from 680℃ to 760℃, the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of fasteners firstly increase and then decrease. The optimized initial and final forging temperatures are1260 and 720℃, respectively.
