摘要
根据PE电熔管件结构对称性及电熔焊接原理,建立PE电熔接头三维简化模型;利用ANSYS Workbench软件中瞬态热分析模块进行焊接参数设置和接头传热的有限元模拟;在恒温试验室进行了PE电熔管件焊接过程的热电偶测温试验,通过温度试验值和模拟值的对比验证了有限元建模方法及结果的正确性。应用该建模仿真方法分析现用焊接工艺参数对不同型号电熔管件的适应性,研究焊接工艺参数变化对熔接温度场影响规律,提出优化焊接质量的焊接参数制定方法。
3 D simplified model of PE electrofusion joint was set up according to the symmetry of PE electrofusion fitting structure and the principle of electrofusion welding. Welding process parameters were set and the FEM simulation of heat transfer of the joint was carried out by using the transient-thermal analysis module in ANSYS Workbench software. The temperature measurement test during the welding of PE electrofusion pipe was carried out by using thermocouple in constant temperature lab. The correctness of the finite element modeling and the result were verified by the comparision of test values and simulation values of temperature. The adaptability of current welding parameters to different types of electrofusion pipes were analyzed by applying the modeling and simulation methods, and the influence of welding process parameters on welding temperature field was studied. The welding parameters setting method to optimize the welding quality was put forward.
