摘要 采用电磁脉冲焊接实现了40Cr中碳钢与6061铝合金异种金属管件的焊接。对焊接接头进行了剥皮试验,并结合光学显微镜、SEM、EDS分析了焊接接头的微观形貌和界面的元素分布。结果表明:焊接结合处无法剥离,最终在铝管侧发生断裂,焊缝强度高于铝材。焊缝为波形界面,界面处形成很薄(〈10 mm)的过渡层。该过渡层主要由Al-Fe金属间化合物组成。 The welding of 40 Cr medium carbon steel and 6061 aluminum alloy dissimilar metals pipes was realised by using magnetic pulse welding. The peeling test of the welded joint was carried out, and the microstructure of the welded joint and the element distribution on the interface were analyzed by using optical microscope, SEM, and EDS. The results show that the welded joint can not be separated and the fracture occurs at the side of aluminum pipe. The strength of the welded joint is higher than that of aluminum pipe. The interface of the welded joint shows waveform, and thin transition layer smaller than 10 mm is formed at the interface. The transition layer is mainly composed of Al-Fe intermetallic compounds.
