GMA焊接参数对铝合金成形件成形参数的影响

摘要 为将GMA(Gas metal arc)熔敷再制造技术应用于破损铝合金缸盖的修复中,通过试验研究了焊接参数(送丝速度、焊接速度)对成形件的熔宽和焊缝高度的影响。结果表明:铝合金修复时存在最大送丝速度,不同送丝速度有对应的最大焊接速度。焊接参数不同时,成形件的打底层熔宽和高度不同;在打底层高度基础上,焊接高度随增加的层数线性递增,得出了焊接高度与增加的层数的经验公式。在铝合金缸盖修复时,根据修复部位的宽度确定送丝速度、焊接速度,根据修复部位高度确定焊接层数。 In order to apply gas metal arc cladding remanufacturing technology in repairing of damaged aluminum alloy cylinder head, the effects of the welding parameters(wire feeding speed and welding speed) on the weld width and height of the welding piece were studied experimentally. The results show that in the repir of aluminum alloy there is maximum wire feeding speed. Different wire feeding speed has corresponding maximum welding speed. For different welding parameters, the width and height of the backing layer are different. On the basis of the height of the backing layer, the welding height increases linearly with the increasing number of layers, and an empirical formula reflecting the relationship between the welding height and the increasing number of layers is obtained. In the repair of aluminum alloy cylinder head, the wire feeding speed and the welding speed are determined according to the width of repair position, the number of welding layers is determined according to the height of repair position.
