摘要
镀铁工艺具有镀速快、镀层硬度高、成本低、产生的废液对环境的污染小等优点,已在机械金属零部件修复和强化方面得到了广泛应用。针对运五飞机起落架减震筒的特点,从镀液配方、影响因素、工装设计、工艺流程等方面进行了反复研究,有效解决了深孔镀铁修复的难题,保证了产品质量,为飞机维修提供了科学依据。
Iron plating process has been widely used in repairation and modification of mechanical metal parts because of its advantages of high plating rate, high coating hardness, low cost and little pollution to the environment. According to the characteristics of shock absorber cylinder on Yun-5 aircraft landing gear, the study has been repeated several times from the aspects of bath formula, influence factors, fixture design and process flow. The problems of deep hole iron plating repairation was effectively solved, and ensure the quality of products, which can provide science evidence for aircraft maintenance.
