钢制件镀镍生产线半自动化控制系统的升级改造 被引量:1

摘要 对钢制件镀镍生产线半自动化控制系统进行了升级改造,设计了自动控制系统。介绍了自动控制系统的结构,行车控制、温度控制和电源控制的原理,以及工控机软件流程。自动控制系统通过工控机软件进行工艺参数设置,向主控制器、温度控制器和电源控制器下发控制指令,由各个控制器控制相关的机电设备和器件,使钢制件镀镍过程实现全自动控制。 The semi-automatic control system of steel parts nickel-electroplating production line was upgraded and reconstructed, and an automatic control system was designed. The structure of automatic control system, the principle of traveling crane control, temperature control and power supply control, and the process of industrial control software were introduced. In automatic control system, industrial control software was used to set process parameters, and the control instructions were issued to host controller, temperature controller and power supply controller. The related mechanical and electrical equipments and devices were controlled by individual controller, so that the process of steel parts nickel-electroplating can realize automatic control.
