摘要
煤层气井大多井位稀疏,且位于丛林山地,人工巡井和调整井的参数都费时费力,不能及时实现连续平稳的排采制度。为了优化排采制度,延长排采井的寿命,提高产气量,降低管理成本,增强排采安全性,大举发展远程控制势在必行。本文通过介绍中国石油股份天然气集团公司华北油田山西煤层气勘探开发分公司的远程控制技术的总体设计、SCADA系统、无线通信Mc Will R5系统和Intouch软件,阐述了远程控制技术在煤层气分公司的主要应用类型、原理、实现条件及应用情况,并结合工作实践,对远程控制的常见故障进行了分析,找出了对策。对于没有解决的问题,也进行了归纳,并提出了建设性的建议。
This paper expounds the main application types, principles, implementation conditions and application of the remote control in Shanxi CBM Branch by presenting the overall design for the remote control technology, SCADA system, wireless communication McWill R5 system and Intouch software, all of which are developed by Shanxi CBM Exploration and Development Branch, PetroChina Huabei Oilfield Company.
