昆仑燃气发动机油系采用优质矿物油并加入高性能添加剂调制而成,灰分低,具有优越的沉积物控制性能,抗氧化性能及抗硝化性能。昆仑燃气发动机油在塔里木油田压缩机组G3512LE固定式燃气发动机上进行了2000 h(要求的换油周期)的使用试验。在整个试验过程中,昆仑燃气发动机油100℃运动黏度稳定,酸值,碱值,氧化值和硝化值的变化均在要求的指标范围内,达到了2000 h的换油要求,可以替代进口燃气发动机油用于G3512LE固定式燃气发动机的润滑。

Kunlun gas engine oil was prepared by high-quality mineral oil and high-performance additives. The oil had low ash, superior sediment control performance, anti-oxidation and anti-nitrification properties. Kunlun gas engine oil had carried out the use test in Tarim oilfield compressors G3512LE stationary gas engine for 2000 h （required oil drain interval）.Throughout the test, the kinematic viscosity of Kunlun gas engine oil was stable at 100 qC. And the change of acid value, base value, oxidation value and nitrification value were all within the required index range ,and reached the 2000 h oil drain interval requirement.Kunlun gas engine oil could replace imported gas engine oil for the lubrication of G3512LE stationary gas engine.
