质量功能展开与潜在失效模式及后果分析在发动机油开发中的应用

摘要 作为汽车重要辅料的发动机油,与发动机技术的发展紧密相关。随着新技术的应用,发动机的工作条件越来越苛刻,热负荷和机械负荷越来越高,对发动机油的性能提出了更高的要求,发动机油的规格也不断升级,同时呈现出差异化趋势。在发动机油的开发过程中,用质量功能展开(QFD)将客户对发动机油的需求量化为产品特性和过程特性,明确发动机油的功能和规格。用潜在失效模式及后果分析(FMEA)构建发动机油特性和发动机油子系统的关联,对发动机油潜在的失效模式,失效后果及失效原因进行分析和评价,以便对发动机油可能存在的缺陷进行修改,从设计的角度确保实现发动机油的特性。将QFD和FMEA相结合,对于提高发动机油的开发效率,降低开发成本,保证质量以及匹配相应的发动机技术等具有重要的作用。以燃油消耗增加为例,讲解了QFD和FMEA在发动机油开发中的具体应用。 As an important car accessory, engine oils are closely related with the development of engine technology.With the application of new technologies, the working conditions of the engine are more and more harsher, and the heat load and mechanical load are also higher and higher. There are higher performance require- ments for engine oils and the engine oil specifications are also escalating.It shows a difference Trend.During the development process of engine oils, the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is used to quantify customer demand for engine oils into product and process characteristics and make clear the features and specifications of engine oils. The Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is used to build the correlation between engine oil properties and engine oil subsystems.The potential failure mode of the engine oil, failure consequences and failure causes are analyzed and evaluated so as to modify the possible defects of the engine oils.From the design view it is ensured the realization of the characteristics of engine oils.The combination of QFD and FMEA plays an important role in im- proving the development efficiency of engine oils, reducing development costs, ensuring quality, and matching engine technologies.Taking the increase of fuel consumption as an example, it explains the specific application of QFD and FMEA in the development of engine oils.
