This paper tries to embed the risk thinking in the surveying and mapping project management. Based on the cycle method of PDCA, we should distinguish, analysis and evaluate all the risks of surveying and mapping project management, and plan the effective measure to achieve expected results and prevent unexpected results, and it will be helpful to improve the management level in the surveying and mapping project.
