脱氢装置在尿素生产中的应用

摘要 分析了尿素生产中的安全性问题,介绍了CO_2汽提法尿素生产中防止放空尾气发生爆炸的2种方法。原料CO_2脱氢装置投用后,使放空尾气中的可爆性气体含量大幅降低,提高了尿素装置的安全性。通过优化操作,提高了高压洗涤器中NH_3和CO_2的冷凝效果,使放空尾气中的NH_3含量相应减少,不仅降低了生产成本,而且保护了环境。 The safety problem in urea production is analyzed, and two ways of preventing vent tail gas produced in urea production with CO2 stripping urea process from explosion are introduced. After dehydrogenation unit of raw CO2 puts into operation, the explosible gas content in vent tail gas is reduced significantly, safety of urea system equipment is increased. Through optimized operation, condensation effect of NH3 and CO2 in high pressure scrubber is increased and NH3 content in vent tail gas is reduced correspondingly. It not only lowers production cost, but also protects the environment.
