摘要 为保证锅炉用水水质达到指标要求,生产装置中的蒸汽冷凝液采取分级回收的处理方式,但由于50 kt/a碳酸二甲酯(DMC)项目的投运,导致系统蒸汽冷凝液平衡失调,出现溢流就地排放的现象。针对存在的问题,通过综合分析,将部分蒸汽冷凝液引至冷密封水泵,避免了蒸汽冷凝液的不必要浪费。 In order to ensure feed water quality of boiler to meet the requirements of the index, the steam condensate in the production unit is handled by classification recycling way. However, as the operation of 50 kt/a dimethyl carbonate (DMC) project results in disorder of steam condensate system balance, which triggers overflow and emission in situ problems. In view of the existing problems, through comprehensive analysis, some steam condensate is introduced to the cold seal pump, which avoids unnecessary waste of steam condensate.
