After the reform and opening up, China 's poverty alleviation strategies, especially the precise poverty alleviation measures,reflect not only the superiority of the socialist system and the purpose of the party serving the people,but also the successful practice of modern theory of "multidimensional poverty alleviation ":poverty multidimensional objectivesincludemultiple objectives such as income and quality of life; poverty alleviationmethods include channels of improving income,balancing education,the supply of housing,industrial restructuring and other channels; poverty alleviation bodies includes a plurality of relevant government departments of finance,civil affairs,health; poverty alleviation results show improvementsin the overall quality of life. When the international academic circles study the new theory and method of multidimensional poverty,the Chinese CPC and governments,through the strategy of precise poverty alleviation, have been carrying out the brand new enterprise of "multi-dimensional poverty alleviation". Identifying and publicizing China's M ultidimensional Poverty standard as soon as possible w ill help to publicize the "China story " of poverty alleviation,enable the "China plan " ofpoverty alleviation to serve as a mirror for other countries,and provide rich and practical experiences for the study of new theories and methods of multidimensional poverty.
