摘要
目的探讨反馈加强化式健康教育路径在全膝关节置换患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月~2017年8月在北京潞河医院骨关节科行全膝关节置换术的患者140例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各70例。对照组住院期间接受传统灌输式健康教育,观察组采用反馈加强化式健康教育路径进行健康宣教,比较两组患者入院宣教前、入院宣教后、术前宣教后、术后宣教后及出院指导2周后疾病相关知识掌握情况,比较两组患者对健康教育的依从性及对护理工作的满意度。结果入院宣教前两组患者疾病相关知识掌握情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。入院宣教后、术前宣教后、术后宣教后及出院指导2周后,观察组疾病相关知识掌握情况均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后依从性及护理满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论反馈加强化式健康教育路径在全膝关节置换患者中应用效果好,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of feedback and intensive health education pathway in patients with to- tal knee arthroplasty. Methods From September 2016 to August 2017, 140 patients with total knee arthroplasty in the Bone and Joint Surgery Department of Beijing Luhe Hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, with 70 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional indoctrination education and the observation group was given feedback and iniensive health edu- cation. The education effect before and after admission, pre-operation, post-operation and 2 weeks after discharge were compared between the two groups. The compliance and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the effect of education between the two groups before admis- sion (P 〉 0.05). After admission, pre-operation, post-operation and 2 weeks after discharge, the education effects in the observation group were better than those of control group, with statistically significant differences (P 〈 0.05). The com- pliance and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those of control group, with statistically significant differences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The effect of feedback and intensive health education in patients with total knee arthroplasty is good. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
