信息技术的发展使我们置身于微媒体时代,微媒体在提高信息流通速度的同时也成为侵权的滋生地,著作权侵权问题就是其中之一。本文分析了微媒体给著作权保护带来的挑战以及现有法律存在的不足,在此基础上从较优监管选择、明确监管对象、完善监管体系、加强立法、界定运营商法律责任及重视数字媒介素养教育等方面提出了优化路径,以期为微媒体著作权保护提供借鉴。

The development of information technology has put us in the era of micro media. Micro media brings the lib- eration of the public voice and increase of information flow speed,at the same time has also become a breeding ground of infringements one of which copyright problem is.There are many dispute cases of micro media copyright infringement that are sentenced.The opportunity and path selection of micro media copyright protectiotl are in urgent need of re- search.According to miero-blog,based on the analysis of the challenges of copyright protection brought by micro media technology and the deficiency of existing law,the paper studied the copyright protection path from the choice of optimal regulation,clearing regulation objects,perfecting the supervision system, strengthening legislation, defining operators＂ legal responsibility,attaching great importance to media literacy education, and so on.
