摘要
为研究植物沥青在道路工程中的应用效果,将植物沥青分别按5%、10%和15%的比例与70#基质沥青混合配制成植物基复合沥青。通过针入度、软化点、延度及旋转粘度等试验研究了植物基复合沥青的基本性能及粘温性质;通过车辙、低温弯曲与冻融劈裂等试验研究了植物基复合沥青(植物沥青掺量为10%)AC-13混合料的高温性能、低温性能与水稳性。
In order to investigate the application effect of plant asphalt in road engineering, the plant asphalt is mixed with 70 # asphalt in different proportions (mass proportion on 70# asphalt is 5% , 10% and 15% ,respectively ) to make plant- based compound asphalt. Through asphalt penetration test, softening point test, ductility test and rotary viscometer test, the basic properties and viscosity - temperature properties of the compound asphalt are studied. The high temperature pro -perty, low temperature property and water stability of compound asphalt AC - 13 asphalt mixture (the mixing amount of plant asphalt binder is 10% ) are studied by rutting test, low temperature bending test and freeze - thaw split test.
