Taking the intelligent height limit project of Rizhao Shanhaitian to Fulaishan road as an example, this paper introduces the plan for setting up ＇ Internet ＋ Iimit Iine Pole＇, including the key issues of the function indexes and design proposal for the project, and then pro -des reference for the function exertion of rural roads and protection for road rights.
