基于智慧校园体系下的高职院校学籍管理模式研究

Study on the Management Model of Student Status in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Smart Campus System

在信息化发展不断深入高职院校的过程中,学籍管理工作由传统的手工作业转换为信息化管理模式。但是由于发展过快,人员素质、系统功能、管理制度等一系列管理方向并未快速对接,导致学籍管理系统的真实效率不能充分发挥,也严重影响了智慧校园体系的全面构建。为此,本研究分析了当前高职院校当前的学籍管理工作现状,同时提出基于智慧校园信息化体系构建高职院校的学籍管理模式的发展策略。旨在支持高职院校学籍管理模式的更新与完善,达到预期的学籍管理时效性。

This study analyzes the current status of student status management in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the development strategy of student registration management mode based on smart campus information system. The aim is to support the renewal and perfection of the model of the management of student status in higher vocational colleges, and to achieve the expected timeliness of school management.
