高校的德治教育和法治教育融合是实现大学生全面发展的必然要求,是依法治国和以德治国相结合基本方略实现的基础性工程。本文通过了对德治教育和法治教育结合的必要性以及德治教育和法治教育现状和存在问题的分析,提出了德治教育与法治教育有效结合的途径。

The integration of moral education and rule of law education is the inevitable requirement to achieve the all -round development of college students. It ＇ s a basic project to integrate the rule of law and rule by virtue. Through the analysis of the necessity of combining moral education with rule of law and the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of rule of virtue education and rule of law education, this paper puts forward the effective way to combine moral education with rule of law education.
