摘要
在以学生为本的原则下,弹性管理不仅体现了职业教育中的因材施教要求,也为高职教育建立起分层人才培养模式提供了切入点。在实施弹性管理时需要直面这样几项挑战:调适人才培养方案时所面临的挑战、符合校本毕业要求时所面临的挑战、余下教学常规管理时所面临的挑战、维系学生人身安全时所面临的挑战。结合所给出的弹性管理内涵,并以挑战作为问题导向,弹性管理的应用模式可从:针对弹性管理开展现状调研、拟订标准规范弹性管理学生、多部门来完成人才方案审定、创新教学常规适应学生心理、建立校企校社协同保障机制等五个方面来构建。
Under the principle of student-oriented, elastic management not only embodies the requirements of individual educa- tion in vocational education, but also provides a starting point for the establishment of stratified personnel training mode tot higher vocational education. In the implementation of flexible management need to face a few challenges : the challenges of per- sonnel training programs, meet the challenges of school-based graduation requirements, the remaining teaching routine manage- ment challenges faced to maintain the safety of students facing the challenge. Combined with the flexible management of the giv- en content, and to challenge as a problem-oriented, flexible management of the application model can be: frmn the flexible management of the status quo research, the development of standard norms flexible management of students, muhi-sector to complete the talent program validation, innovative teaching routine adaptation Student psychology, the establishmenl of school companies and social security cooperation mechanism to build five aspects.
