高校育人的基础是党建工作。农业高校党建工作更应该创新工作模式,服务农业院校培养现代农业人才的需要,顺应国家农业发展大势,提高针对性和时效性。形势与政策教育是帮助学生树立正确的世界观、政治立场及政治素质的关键渠道,与学生党建工作的内容和方法上都有共通之处。以山东农业大学生命科学学院形势与政策教育促进学生党建工作模式为例,分析了农业高校学生党建工作存在的问题和形势与政策教育促进农业高校学生党建工作的优势,探究形势与政策教育促进农业高校学生党建新模式,以期为新形势下农业高校学生党建工作提供新思路。

Party building is the foundation of education in universities. Party building in agricultural universities should be more innovative to serve the needs of modern agricultural talents in agricultural universities, to conform to the national agricul- tural development trend, and to improve the pertinence and timeliness. Situation and policy education is the key channel to help students to set up the correct world outlook, political stand and political quality, which has something in common with the content and methods of students＇ Party building. Taking the work pattern in college of life science in Shandong Agricultural University that situation and policy education promotes the students＇ Party Building as example, it analyzes the existing prob- lems of students＇ Party building in agricultural universities and the advantages that situation and policy education promotes students＇ Party building in Agricultural University. It explores the new work pattern that situation and policy education pro- motes students＇ Party building in agricultural university, and expects to provide new ideas for students＇ Party building in agri- cuhural universities under the new situation.
